Alabama Chanin presents our fall Friends of the Café Dinner featuring chef Adam Evans of Automatic Seafood & Oysters in Birmingham, Alabama. A native of the Shoals, Adam’s passion for sustainably sourced seafood shines through thoughtful flavor pairings and beautifully fresh ingredients. All proceeds will benefit Project Threadways.
Tickets are $250 per person for an all-inclusive evening with guest speakers, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a full course dinner, and wine pairings. All tickets are nonrefundable.
