Alabama Chanin presents our fall Friends of the Café Dinner featuring chef Josh Quick. He is the Executive Chef at Odette here in our community of Florence, Alabama. Chef Quick creates unique dishes that pair new flavors with traditional preparations and draws on sustainably-raised regional ingredients. Each course will be paired with a diverse selection of natural wines curated by Celeste Pillow, owner of Odette and Esther’s Eatery. All proceeds will benefit Project Threadways.
Tickets are $250 per person for an all-inclusive evening with guest speakers, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a full course dinner, and wine pairings. All tickets are nonrefundable.
